Research Associate (SOE001)
Analyze, design, and revise H/D-Exchange
experimental protocols to characterize protein dynamic studies using knowledge in Physical Chemistry, Fluid Mechanics, Principles of
Stoichiometry, Mass and Energy Balances, Rotational and Vibrational
Spectroscopy, HPLC (Column Chromatography), GCMS and design of upstream and downstream
processes; Conduct research on protein dynamic characterization using LC
Separation and Mass Spectrometric Analysis; Analyze Chromatography and mass
spectral data and report results to management using Excel and Matlab 7.6;
Research and study protein structures, protein-ligand interactions, and
protein-protein interactions using analysis, purification and separation
techniques; Investigate pressure distribution in flow in HPLC system;
Prepare samples and reagent using analytical and organic chemistry techniques.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical
Engineering or Chemistry plus skills and knowledge in GCMS, Fluid Mechanics, HPLC,
Biochemical Upstream/downstream Processes, Matlab 7.6.
